WE ARE WHAT WE DRINK


I am always aware about what to drink when I’m having lunch or dinner or even when I go out with friends.
When it comes to weight loss what we drink may be more important than what we eat.

Think about it, if you are trying to loose weight but then you fill your stomach with sodas, artificial teas, coffee, lemonade made out of that fake powder, and you sweeten your drinks with Splenda ,then you are adding pounds to your body without even notice it.

Calories from beverages had a stronger impact on weight than calories from food.

These are some recommendations for you:

1.    Don’t drink and eat: is better for digestion.
2.    Eliminate sodas.
3.    If you like tea drink White Tea or Green Tea it would help to loose weight.
4.    Drink water every half hour 3 to 6 ounces and only an hour after a meal
5.    Get rid of sodas with Nutra sweet or Splenda.

Have a great week and start it with this simple advises and you will see the difference
